Truro's sporting organisations include longstanding cricket and basketball clubs, horse riding enthusiasts and motorcyclists.
The Truro Oval facilityhas recently been completely rebuilt after a fire in 2008. The cricket club practices and plays at Truro Oval.The Oval also hosts regular horse riding endurance events.
The TBC Takers play regular competitions year-round at the Barossa Valley Recreation and Fitness Centre .
The South Australia Endurance Riders Association regularly hold riding events in Truro.
The Truro Indoor Bowls Club plays Fridays from 8.00 pm at the Town Hall during winter.
